Join Musical Bridges Around the World as they host jazz-percussionist legend Albert "Tootie" Heath along with San Antonio's own saxophone giants Rene Saenz and Richard Oppenheim at The Southwest School of the Art's Chapel. Albert "Tootie" Heath has been swinging since the late 50's, performing all around the world alongside jazz masters such as John Coltrane, Art Farmer, Wes Montgomery, Bobby Timmons, Sonny Rollins and Herbie Hancock. Currently, in addition to performing, he teaches at the Standford Jazz Workshop and is the leader of jazz-drum ensemble The Whole Drum Truth.
