With the help of state-of-the-art hydraulic systems, the autos will do the genuflecting at the 23rd Annual Lowrider Festival, Sunday, April 3. The MuddCatts, who tear it up in Beatles-meet-Elvis style, will share the stage with Joe Jama & The Proof, Ernie Garibay & Cats Don't Sleep, and other bands. Food and drink will flow. 10am-10pm at Mateo Camargo Park, across from Nelson Wolff Stadium at Callaghan and Highway 90. Admission is $10 for adults and children 12 years old and up. Children under 12 are free. Sponsored by Centro Cultural Aztlan.
