Feast day for San Juan Indian Mission Founding

Join for a reenactment and commemoration of the founding of Mission San Juan Capistrano as an Indian Mission. Actors will portray the establishment of the Mission, in accordance with the Decree of Excellency, to the Chief of the Venados and Tilijae tribes. The feature performance "Act of Possession" will be at noon. There will also be food, educational exhibits and a “Four Seasons Indian Market” – selling Native American arts and jewelry with contemporary Native drumming, flute music, storytelling and more!
