Dedicated to a fun-loving mix of kites and dogs, this 11th annual event encourages guests to bring a blanket or lawn chair to enjoy a kid-friendly day in the park with a sky full of kites, four-legged friends of all sizes and breeds, food, live music, arts and crafts activities and hot air balloon rides (9-11:30am).
