Fresh and fun moments at the sweetgreen pre-opening event

Locals gathered to celebrate the soft opening of sweetgreen at Quarry Village.

Guests enjoyed fresh salad, beats by DJ Alyson Alonzo, and gelato and coffee from Paciugo, with gifts from Kendra Scott and prints by local artist Maya Sokovic, whose art is displayed in sweetgreen.

For every meal sold on opening day, sweetgreen donated a meal to a local impact organization to nourish families in the San Antonio area experiencing food insecurity.
