Dr. Treva Lindsey is an associate professor at The Ohio State University. Dr. Lindsey’s area of expertise includes black feminist theory, women’s history, and popular culture. Dr. Lindsey is a recipient of fellowships from the Woodrow Wilson Foundation, the Social Science Research council, the Andrew W. Mellon Foundation, Emory University, The National Women’s Association, and the Center of Arts and Humanities at the University of Missouri. Lecture takes place in HUC Ballroom 1.106.
