San Antonio Spurs Coach Gregg Popovich's one-time residence has undergone more than $1.5 million in price cuts since it was last listed for sale in May.
Pop sold the 9,600-square foot mansion in late 2020, according to Bexar County property records, and its current owners owned it for a little more than two years before putting it back on the market for $5.5 million. Since then, they have dropped the asking price twice. The latest of those reductions came in October, when they scaled it back to just under $4 million, records show.
The palatial estate in the Dominion includes four bedrooms and five and a half baths along with a two-story living room with a floor-to-ceiling fireplace, according to its online listing. A wall of windows overlooks a swimming pool, and the 2.6-acre lot underwent a complete landscape redesign.
Fitting Popovich's rep as a wine enthusiast, the house also comes with a 600-square-foot temperature-controlled cellar for vino storage. The cellar, made of reclaimed Jerusalem stone, has room for 3,000 bottles.
"Every aspect of this home is bold in design," the listing asserts.
