With everyone spending more time at home during the pandemic, you'd figure folks would be looking for more square footage, not less. But a new projection by Technavio expects the worldwide market for tiny houses to expand at a 4% compounded annual growth rate from 2021-2025.
To be sure, there are plenty of extremely compact homes on the market in San Antonio right now, including these seven — all of which are 700 square feet or less.
While most are on the affordable end of the spectrum — $124,000, in one case — at least one is priced at more than double that amount. Most are new or recently renovated, but we also tossed in a couple at the end that have serious fixer-upper potential.
