Here's how much some of the smallest homes on the market in San Antonio will cost you right now

With everyone spending more time at home during the pandemic, you'd figure folks would be looking for more square footage, not less. But a new projection by Technavio expects the worldwide market for tiny houses to expand at a 4% compounded annual growth rate from 2021-2025.

To be sure, there are plenty of extremely compact homes on the market in San Antonio right now, including these seven — all of which are 700 square feet or less.

While most are on the affordable end of the spectrum — $124,000, in one case — at least one is priced at more than double that amount. Most are new or recently renovated, but we also tossed in a couple at the end that have serious fixer-upper potential.

Take this tour and see just how much someone can expect to spend on a very modest Alamo City home right now.
