With how stale hip-hop music can be sometimes, Black Violin has breathed fresh life into the genre.

Continuing their successful Classical Boom Tour in 2018-2019, as a follow up to the 2016-2017 UNITY tour, which saw 28 sold-out public performances, the Floridian duo returns to the H-E-B Performance Hall at The Tobin Center Friday, March 22, 2019.

Influenced by bluegrass, R&B, funk, rock, jazz and obviously classical and hip-hop, the duo melds a sound that’s unique and high-energy.

Tickets ($19-$49.50) go on sale Friday, November 16th at 10 a.m. and can be purchased online, via phone (210) 223-8624 and in-person at the Tobin Center’s Box Office (100 Auditorium Circle). Box Office hours are Monday-Friday 10 a.m.-6 p.m. and Saturday, 10 a.m.-2 p.m.
