Houston-Area Sheriff Wants to Talk to Trump-Hating Driver

Updated 12:15 pm Thursday to reflect the driver speaking out and the sheriff deleting the post.

Original story:
In a now deleted Facebook post, Ford Bend County Sheriff Troy Nehls posted a photo of a sticker that had a very clear message for President Donald Trump and his supporters.

Nehls said he wanted to talk to the owner of the vehicle, and wanted to resolve the issue after receiving complaints. He said the local prosecutor wanted to press charges.

And because he probably expected the storm of comments, he also included this.
Nehls just wants to talk, y'all. Otherwise, charges may be pressed.

The driver of the truck, Karen Fonseca, spoke with Houston's KPRC 2 after the Facebook post went viral.

"I thought the whole thing was totally crazy. It's been on there for such a long time and we have so much positive out of it — more positive that outweighs the negative," Karen Fonseca said.
