Sweet Pea Trailer will team up with
MBS Yoga's Natalie Danielle for a free Vinyasa class on the outdoor space. The practice is open to all levels and participants should bring their own yoga mat, a towel, and water. Coffee drinks will be available for purchase after class.

Formation Collective on the city's Near East Side hosts a Friday Unwine + Flow session that includes a full-body workout and some wine. This class takes a holistic approach to strengthening and stretching your whole body so that you can fully unwind and let go of the week.
