Inaugural Mala Luna Festival Announces October Lineup feat. Travis Scott, Kaskade

Scoremore Shows
, the young, premier hip-hop promoter in Texas, announced an early lineup for their Mala Luna Festival on Saturday, October 29 and Sunday, October 30. Located at the Lone Star Brewery, the initial lineup features Houston phenom Travis Scott, who just finished a tour with Rihanna; Kaskade, one of EDM’s top names; G-Eazy, who penned the summer hit “Me, Myself & I”; and Steve Aoki, the eminent Miami dubstep producer. More artists will be announced in the coming weeks.

Weekend ($109) and VIP ($139) passes will go on sale on Monday, August 10. Taking place over Halloween weekend and days before Dia de los Muertos, the bad moon fest intends to “pay homage to the local culture,” according to a press release. With a mix of EDM and hip-hop, it appears that Mala Luna will be something of a sister festival to Scoremore’s El Paso throwdown Neon Desert Music Festival.
