Your camper (ages 8-14) will be exposed to science, technology, engineering, arts, and mathematics (STEAM) by interacting with professionals in those fields. The camp focuses on building students’ problem-solving and critical thinking skills through scientific hands-on lessons and collaborative environments. Through scientific research, campers will explore our solar system, as well as galaxies outside of our own. The week of camp will allow students to keep an astronaut training journal, fly a Challenger Learning Center Lunar Quest simulation, learn about NASA’s most recent Artemis mission, create their own mission patches, build their own spacecraft, and much more!
