Jason Dady Hosts Texas Chef Week

Chef Jason Dady of B&D Ice House, The Duk Truck, Shuck Shack, Tre Enoteca, Tre Trattoria and Two Bros. BBQ Market will host the first annual Texas Chefs Week here in Saytown from September 14 through 19. The event will feature several big names from multiple cities in the Lone Star State. 

The dinners will include a variety of eats from a different region of Italy each night. The chefs will prepare the dishes with their own spin on a traditional Italian cuisine. The dinners are open to the public and will be capped at 40 people. Dinners begin every night at 7 p.m. and will be held at Tre Enoteca (555 W. Bitters Rd., 210-496-0555). The dinners ($65) includes two hors d'oeuvres and three courses from the chef that is featured for the night. 

Monday, September 14: "Venice" - Chef Terrence Gallivan and Chef Seth Siegel-Gardner of the Pass and Provisions in Houston. 

Tuesday, September 15: "Sicily" - Chef Matt McCallister of FT33 and Filament in Dallas. 

Wednesday, September 16: "Milan" - Chef Omar Flores of Casa Rubia in Dallas. 

Thursday, September 17: "The Lodge Restaurant Reimagined" - Chef Jason Dady, Chef Stefan Bowers of Feast, Chef Joe Gallero, Chef Robbie Nowlin of Hotel Valencia San Antonio and Chef Jeff Bekavaca of Neighborhood Services in Dallas. This event is already sold out. 

Friday, September 18: "Torino - Piedmont" - Chef Nicholas Yanes of Juniper in Austin. 

Saturday, September 19: "Rome" - Chef Jorge Hernandez of Qui in Austin.
