Jason Dady's Tre Enoteca Opens For Dinner This Tuesday

I only have very few deets right now, but I figure I'd share anyway so everyone can get their ducks in a row. Chef Jason Dady will open Tre Enoteca, his third concept inside 555 West Bitters Road on Tuesday, April 7 for dinner; the eatery will focus on its evening menu through Saturday. The eatery, which replaces Umai Mi and Bin 555 before that, will focus on fresh pasta's, wood fired pizzas and a full bar (according to a very supportive Feast post).
