Sean Paul is headlining Oyster Bake this year and we’re already doing the
heel-toe.
At first, we thought, “oh wow, a nice change-up from the usual nu-metal lineup” (see P.O.D. and Chevelle from years past). However, it’s still pretty true-to-form for Oyster Bake to secure an artist from the late ’90s, so this doesn’t come across as too huge of a surprise.
Slated to perform on the 96.1 Now stage on Saturday, April 21, the Jamaican rapper skyrocketed to fame with the hits “Gimme the Light” and “Baby Boy” with the then-newly solo Beyoncé. He'll perform alongside Drowning Pool, Everclear, Mike Jones, Bret Michaels and Lou Gramm to name a few.
