Kero Kero Bonito, an indie pop band that never fails to deliver bouncy, unfathomably-adorable, video game-intro music adjacent bops, has just announced a world tour beginning this fall.

On October 27, San Antonio is set to host their sugary melodies at the Paper Tiger.

While their third full length Time n' Place has yet to drop, TOTEP EP, released earlier this year, shows a slightly beachier and distorted adolescent version of the bands typical blinding childlike sunshine. On "Only Acting," Kero Kero heavily experiments with harsh noise and glitchy static, creating excellent moody dissonance opposite Sarah Midori Perry's singsong.

The band also released a new synth heavy song and video to announce the upcoming tour. Tickets go on sale Friday, July 20.

$13-15, 8pm, Paper Tiger, 2410 N. St. Mary's St., (210) 841-3771.
