For the first time ever BBQ will infiltrate Michael Sohocki’s Restaurant Gwendolyn in their series of Kitchen Takeovers. Adrian Davila, of Davila’s BBQ from Seguin, will be head chef serving 3 courses of locally sourced, in-season ingredients, and using the whole hog from curly tail to snout. Reservations are preferred so call today for this flavorful affair.
