Based on his book, Rosengarten will discuss 16 different themed parties, including beverages, table settings, entertainment, and food. Included in the course's menu are spicy ginger-garlic shrimp with coconut milk and cilantro leaves and tandoori-style chicken. The course will be on November 8 from 6:30-9pm. Cost is $65.
