Civil Rights Titans

The Know Why You Are Marching Civil Rights and Film Series continues at noon Saturday, January 21, with an appearance by Dr. Georgette Norman, director of the Troy State University Rosa Parks Library and Museum in Montgomery, Alabama. The eight-week series, a co-production of the San Antonio Independent School District, Neighborhoods First Alliance, and Martin Luther King Academy, includes speakers, dramatic plays, and Civil Rights-era films. All events are free and open to the public, but reservations are encouraged.
