Meet the Poet: Chibbi Orduña
Meet spoken word artist, Chibbi Orduña, at the Central Library. Originally from Laredo, Texas where he founded Laredo Border Slam, Chibbi also co-founded Write About Now, a poetry organization in Houston. Now a three-time member of San Antonio’s only national slam team, PuroSlam, he has published two books - “Where the Wild Things Grow” and “Otro/Patria”. Hear him speak about the experiences that have shaped him as a poet and share some of his work.
