Monkeyfest w. Muchos Backflips, Sons of Sancho, Muncy's Nurse, Silent Minority, & more

In a three-day local art and music extravaganza, Monkeyfest showcases the musicians and artists who create and enrich San Antonio’s aspiring scene. Thursday’s kick-off show is dubbed San Antonio Unplugged, the lineup featuring indie-rock group Druggist, `see “Indie-Pop Pharmacy,” March 21-27, 2007` with Black Friday, Raul Gonzalez, Professor Amsterdam, and more on the bill. Definitely not a stranger to the local scene, vocalist Jim Meek takes the stage with his new band, Passenger, on Friday night, while live art and music entertain during Saturday night’s Artslam.
