Whether you love the hair metal group of dude-bros before dude-bros, or you absolutely despise said Crüe, today is a landmark day. Mötley Crüe has announced that tonight's New Year's Eve performance at the Staples Center in LA will be their last live show together. Forever!

As Mick Mars has looked deceased for 20 years, Nikki Sixx will be receiving the majority of royalty checks as chief songwriter, Tommy Lee can retire on his porn tape residuals and somebody is holding Vince Neil's place in line at a Golden Corral, now is a fine time to retire for the 34 year old band. In true Crüe fashion, the final performance will be taped for later distribution, drum roller coaster and all.
