Mystic Braves

Los Angeles psych-rock outfit Mystic Braves has accomplished much in its five years of activity. The road-warrior five-piece has perfected its dusty, low-key freak-out of a set through tireless touring, but that hasn’t kept them from dropping three increasingly stellar and surprisingly enduring LPs that call to mind a sand-surfing trance in the key of Creedence Clearwater Revival (only subtler). On Tuesday, Mystic Braves hit Limelight in support of their latest and greatest release to date, Days of Yesteryear, out last November. Study up on these next-wave psychonauts at mysticbraves.bandcamp.com.
