The new European cafe is the brainchild of restaurateur Jean-Francois Poujol, who previously owned Tribeca 212 and Soleil Bistro & Wine Bar before that. It'll be a definite shift for the site, which formerly housed Casbeers Cafe.
Chef Justin Limburg will head the kitchen, which will focus on specialty pizzas made in the wood-burning oven, homemade pasta dishes and salads.
The restaurant will open Tuesday through Thursday from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. and Friday and Saturday from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m.
