New Year’s Eve in Black and White

Pop on your monocle and bid 2018 “good riddance!” with an evening of maximum elegance at Hotel Emma. Seeking to capture the lavish atmosphere of Truman Capote’s famed 1966 Black & White Ball, the Emma has imposed the same dress code for its New Year’s bash. Rock up to Sternewirth bar in your fanciest dichromatic duds for an evening in which only the color palette will be washed out. If the clinking of glasses isn’t enough to satisfy your ears, don’t worry — Henry Brun will provide live Latin jazz to entertain whilst you imbibe classy cocktails. If you want to party all night, a room reservation at the Emma comes with two complimentary admissions, but anyone wanting an evening of Gastby-esque glamour can grab a ticket.
