Paula Abdul

Straight up now, tell me do you want to see Paula Abdul in San Antonio? I mean, we do. The Grammy Award-winning pop legend will headline the Tobin Center for the Performing Arts’ 2018 Benefit Concert Gala Wednesday in the H-E-B Performance Hall. The dance superstar will perform the hits we love, like “Straight Up,” “Forever Your Girl,” “Opposites Attract,” “Rush Rush” and “Cold Hearted,” just to name a few. Abdul also joins the list of iconic musicians featured at the Tobin’s gala series, including Paul McCartney, Lionel Richie, Dolly Parton and Steven Tyler. Proceeds from the gala will benefit the Tobin’s Generation NEXT Education Initiative. Generation NEXT removes barriers to arts participation by providing a diverse range of free cultural, educational and artistic experiences to more than 50,000 people annually.
