Y’all know Tekashi 6ix9ine, right? Rainbow hair, rainbow grill, 69 tattoos all over his body, pleaded guilty to groping a naked 13-year-old girl and later pleaded guilty to a felony use of a child in a sexual performance?
To catch you up up to speed, in February of this year the rapper was scheduled to play a show at Bar 23. San Antonio gang Tango Orejon expressed their disapproval through a YouTube video and made it clear that if the rapper played the show, he would be met with "penitentiary rules."
6ix9ine ended up playing the show after members of Tango Orejon were taken into custody (for some outstanding warrants) after trying to intercept the rapper at San Antonio Airport.
According to TMZ, 6ix9ine is claiming that after filming a music video, he drove home to find a car blocking his driveway on Sunday afternoon. Three hooded gunmen reportedly came out of his home, pistol whipped him and knocked him unconscious.
The rapper told TMZ that the men drove him around and told him to hand over money and jewelry or he'd die. They then allegedly went back to the rapper's home and loot $750,000 in jewelry and up to $20,000 in cash while the rapper’s daughter and her mother were inside the house.
They were unharmed, according to reports.
The gunmen took off with 6ix9ine still in the backseat, but the rapper ended up jumping from the vehicle and running away pleading for help.
An ambulance escorted 6ix9ine to a hospital.
However, an updated version of TMZ’s story says that the rapper told a different story to police and was actually pulled out of the car at an intersection and not at his house.
¯\_(ツ)_/¯
