Here’s the scoop. If you’re like us and can’t help but sneak a bite of cookie dough when you bake cookies, we have news for you: we’re getting a raw cookie dough bar!
Slated for a mid-October is
Scooped Cookie Dough Bar, which is opening a 200-square-foot kiosk in North Star Mall on the first floor right by JCPenney.
Owner Matt Weber says Scooped will serve raw cookie dough, but don’t be alarmed as it’s safe to consume. The dough is made daily using pasteurized eggs and heat-treated flour. Scooped will offer customers 10 to 12 flavors options with two to four flavors rotating seasonally. The kiosk will also offer vegan and gluten-free options so everyone can enjoy. Pints will also be available for take-home purposes so you can bake off the cookies (or keep eating raw dough — we’re not the dough police).
Weber will also offer ice cream cookie dough sandwiches and cake pops on the menu for more options, but the obvious choice is three scoops of cookie dough and extra toppings. Wash it all down with the four milks available on tap.
