Rejoice, Y'all: Additional Parking is Coming to Pearl

If you've ever been discouraged from going to Pearl because parking is a nightmare or go around in circles trying to find the perfect space, be discouraged no longer.

The company in charge of Pearl's redevelopment efforts, Silver Ventures, confirmed that it will add another surface parking lot to be located at the corner of East Grayson Street and Isleta Street.

Previously inhabited by an unoccupied warehouse that will now be torn down, the lot will be about a half acre in size. While that may sound like a lot, keep in mind that Pearl already has about 1,500 parking spaces and another 958 on the way with the completion of a two-tower office development on Broadway.

Looks like Pearl has no plans to slow down any time soon.
