With a long-running deal with Detroit’s Fountain Records and now receiving cassette distribution through the badass Burger label, the Rich Hands returned in good standing for its 2014 LP Out of My Head. For its sophomore album, the Rich Hands looked retrospectively to break the garage rock prototype. With organ and tambourine adornments, the trio could fit in quite comfortably on a Johnny Thunders-heavy mixtape. With the recent addition of guitarist Thomas Knierien, the Rich Hands have returned to early days as a four-piece.
