Those are just two of the concepts 19-year-old Jack Rutter — frontman of the sometimes-full-band-sometimes-solo-bedroom-meditation Ritt Momney — spills his guts about in songs that display wise-beyond-his-years metaphorical storytelling. At its best, this is music as chilling as the winters of Rutter’s home state of Utah. Summer Friend and Samantha Flowers round out the bill.
