Though Belinelli couldn't defend his title, Duncan came home with yet another All Star win. With the 163-158 win over the Eastern Conference, Duncan moved to 9-6 in his All Star career. In 15 minutes, he pulled in nine boards (second behind Marc Gasol), two assists and two points on 1-2 shooting.

With his appearance, Duncan joined Kareem Abdul-Jabbar, Kobe Bryant, Shaq and Kevin Garnett as the only players in the 15-time All Star club. But in the media scrum, Duncan seemed unfazed. "I enjoy the game; all the rest of the stuff I can do without,” he told the New York Times. “I don’t like this whole situation, but it is what it is; it’s what comes with the game.”

Duncan also told New York Post writer Tim Bontemps on his attention to sartorial style, or lack thereof.

Another highlight of the weekend was Youtube user Normandie's "Old Man Riverwalk, a black and white collection of classic Tim Duncan reel. Set to "Ol' Man River," Normandie syncs Kern and Hammerstein's standard perfectly with the highlight footage.
