San Antonio AIDS Foundation Red Balloon Release

In conjunction with World AIDS Day and AIDS Awareness Week, the San Antonio AIDS Foundation (SAAF) hosts a memorial balloon release along with a short presentation and prayer honoring those who have been lost to HIV/AIDS. In the words of SAAF President Cynthia Nelson, “We hope this gathering lifts the spirits of those fighting this disease and increases awareness of treatment and SAAF’s services to promote better public health.” Participants will receive a red balloon and have the opportunity to share the names of loved ones impacted by HIV/AIDS.
