Second Video Showing Gilbert Flores Shooting Released

Authorities have released a second video showing the shooting death of Gilbert Flores by two Bexar County Sheriff Department deputies in August.

The District Attorney's Office released the footage to San Antonio media organizations after a grand jury declined to indict deputies Greg Vasquez and Robert Sanchez for shooting Flores, who appeared to be surrendering, on the 24400 block of Walnut Pass on August 28.

KENS reports the second video provides a better perspective of the shooting, but when you watch it, Flores' hands are high in the air in the worldwide symbol for surrendering before he is shot — just like in the first video.
