Shake Shack Watch: An Update on San Antonio's Second Location 

Those of you who haven't driven down Broadway or Mulberry in the last two weeks may not have noticed the demolition of the building at that intersection, which often worked as parking for Kiddie Park.

Sure enough, as many readers have pointed out and emailed about, the building at the corner of Mulberry and Broadway has been razed. Crews are still clearing out the rubble, but construction is very much so a go.

Though originally planned for summer 2018, which is ... now ... San Antonio's second Shake Shack near Brackenridge Park is slated for an early 2019 opening according to brand communications senior manager Kristyn Clark. Renderings of the upcoming location were first circulated on Reddit by user ImagesofNetwork last November.  So many restaurants, so little time.
