Someone Made a Cumbia Remix of the Stranger Things Theme Song

If you haven’t finished the second season of Stranger Things (out this past October) I don’t know what the hell you’ve been doing with your life because, to put it’s simply, it’s amazing (and stop reading this and go watch it ... OK read this first then go watch it).

Just look at all of the amazing fan art that continues to pop up on social media and is showcased at art shows, like the one happening next Thursday at Brick.

Equally cool is this cumbia remix of the theme song. Yass kween, cumbia meets ‘80s electronic synths for a blend that is so juicy you won’t care if you find yourself dancing in the Upside Down (just don’t stay there too long).

A remix was uploaded on YouTube by a user named Cumbia Drive, who also has a link for the download of the song so you can celebrate all things cumbia and Stranger Things whenever you damn well please.

Thursday, November, 16, $2-$5, 6-11pm, Brick At Blue Star, 108 Blue Star,
