Announcing a night of "Grammy Winners & Barbeque Dinners," Burnt Ends, the barbecue joint on Blanco with plenty of brew and 'cue, will be hosting Los Texmaniacs along with a "special surprise guest."

A little digging and it is plain to see that the Texas crooner who will be taking the stage, who has also taken home four Grammys, including Best Male Country Vocal Performance and Best Country Album, will be ... If a little internet inquiry doesn't give it away, surely the distinguished profile posted on Burnt Ends Facebook event page does.

The event will kick off with a performance at 7 p.m. by San Antonio's resident hickster and leader of the Only Hipsters, Mr. Garrett T. Capps, who, if you haven't seen play before is a perfect addition to the Texas tradition of brash, ballsy poets that are just as comfortable in a punk dive as they are in a bonafide honky tonk, followed by Flaco Jiménez pupil and partner Max Baca y Los Texmaniacs, the conjunto pros keeping the Tex-Mex flame alive.

Tickets are $40, and are available here or by calling (210) 384-4600 and seats are limited to less than 100, so snatch 'em up fast! The entry fee will also include a barbecue buffet. Burnt Ends is located at 1725 Blanco Road.
