Starting Out Wild is an educational program that fosters toddlers’ love of nature. April's class "Wild Things" helps children explore the differences between wild and not-wild animals. Offered to children 18 months to three years old, Starting Out Wild features nature discovery, movement, crafts, stories, singing and a nature walk. It’s a fun-filled morning in the park for little ones and their parents or caregivers. Sponsored by San Antonio Parks and Recreation Department. Cost is free. Registration is required.
