In this group, led by Dr. L, you will be challenged to think differently and will be given guidance to learn various forms of meditation. Health, wellness, fulfillment and self-growth are focused on from a mindfulness/zen perspective. You will learn tools that help make positive shifts even after you leave. It's a great place for beginners to learn more, or for those with experience to deepen their practice. Meditations also held Saturdays 10:15am during Pearl Farmers Market @ Pearl.
