Super Saturday and La Tamalada

Guests can discover the vast cultural traditions that Texans have been practicing for hundreds of years to prepare for the holidays at the last Super Saturday of the year. This Saturday also features a very Special 10th Anniversary Edition of La Tamalada with Dr. Ellen Riojas Clark. Guests will get a first-hand experience with the legendary tamalera herself, but each participant will get to walk away with their own small batch of tamales. Super Saturday is included with museum admission. La Tamalada is $20 for museum members and $30 for non-members and advance registration is required.
