Teen Workshop: Comic Splash Page Collage (Ages 11-17)

Boom! Pow! Blam! Come learn how to make your stories pop in this comic book collage workshop! After visiting our special exhibition Men of Steel, Women of Wonder, compose your own superhero narrative in one scene using comic-artist styles and techniques. Participants will also be invited to screen print their own souvenir tote bag or poster. Teen workshops are led by professional artist-educators and include a tour in the museum, instruction in a variety of art techniques and media. Fee covers all materials. Students will need to bring their own sack lunch and water bottle. This event is $80 and $65 for members.
