With a legacy that is still strong decades after its peak, it's no wonder that there are musicians dedicating their career to playing in the fashion of The Beatles. The Beatles' doppelgangers RAIN is bringing its tour to the Majestic Theatre next year.
RAIN is going on tour to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the release of
Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band. Fifty years! Jeez.
The band performs a wide variety of The Beatles' discography, including songs that the Fab Four recorded in the studio but never performed onstage. And on top of bringing the sounds of The Beatles, RAIN also stays true to the iconic band's stage presence with multimedia content that brings the
Sgt. Pepper's album to life.
The tribute show will take over the Majestic Theatre on Saturday, April 7, with two shows at 3 and 8 p.m. Tickets start at $40 and go as high as $85, but you have to admit that's a lot cheaper than catching a solo show from Sir Paul McCartney. You can snag these tickets as soon as this Friday at 10 a.m., either
online, at the Majestic Theatre box office or by phone.
