The Informed Voter: Knowing Bexar County's Judicial Benches / DW18 Featured

Orgullo de San Antonio LGBTQ LULAC Council #22198 presents a comprehensive overview of the legal issues and duties each court is ordered to review and execute on a day-to-day basis. There are several judicial posts on the 2018 ballot, including positions for Justice of the Peace Courts, Criminal County Courts, Probate Courts, District Courts and Appellate Courts. Guest speaker(s) will discuss the parameters for each court, including informing voters of the qualifications needed and the type of cases each bench oversees.
