The Latin Cuisine Summit, ¡Arriba el Caribe!, is a two-day conference to provide educational programming for industry professionals. The summit will focus on the culinary heritage and contributions of the Caribbean comprising Cuba, the Dominican Republic and Puerto Rico. A collection of renowned chefs, restaurateurs, winemakers, sommeliers, entrepreneurs, and industry leaders will share their first-hand knowledge with you. Guests can expand their knowledge and network, and learn through interactive panel discussions, breakout sessions, demos, tastings and team ideation sessions.
