The most-anticipated bars and restaurants coming to San Antonio by the end of 2023

San Antonio is always growing, and the food scene is no exception. Local restaurateurs — as well as companies from outside the area — have big plans for the remainder of this year, with openings scheduled across the city throughout fall.

From new locations of beloved mainstays to newcomers to SA’s culinary landscape, there are plenty of new eateries and drinkeries coming soon to sate your appetite for something fresh.

Make Ready Market

Construction on the new restaurant is slated to complete in October, and the spot will offer a walk-up window and outdoor seating, as well as operate as a food commissary.

According to an Aug. 17 filing with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation, construction is slated to begin in mid-September, and the restaurant will be done in December.
