Southerleigh Bird & Biscuit
Southerleigh Bird & Biscuit, a new fast-casual spot from the Southerleigh Restaurant Group, will highlight a Southern favorite: fried chicken. With a well-rounded menu that includes biscuits, oysters and housemade brews and cocktails, locals are sure to pack into the new eatery when it opens at The Rim later this year.

One of Houston’s most celebrated barbecue spots is expected to open a second location at Weston Urban Park in 2020. Led by Pitmaster Grant Pinkerton, the downtown San Antonio location will offer classic favorites such as brisket, pulled pork and smoked sausage, in addition to Texas craft brews and spirits.

Fast-forward two years later, and the creative trio is poised to open a new restaurant filled with thoughtful décor and imaginative dishes like smoked brisket shumai and twice-baked banana.
