Set your DVRs for Fox’s The Mindy Project tonight because we’re in for a treat! The Mindy Project is on a roll this season, after already serving up two episodes with guest star James Franco, they don’t let up in tonight’s episode “Music Festival” guest starring The National. In the episode The National headline the fictional Pennyfarthing Music Festival and end up serenading Morgan and Dr. Castellano with “This Is The Last Time.” We can all just pretend Morgan is a stand-in for the rest of us— because who wouldn't want to be in his spot?

“If you’re a fan of music and/or comedy you’re going to love this episode,” promises Ike Barinholtz who plays Morgan on the show, adding cheekily, “I don’t want to say it’s groundbreaking, but it’s never been done before.”

“I’m a big fan of the show,” lead-singer Matt Berninger said, “In interviews they would ask me what I’ve been reading lately and I kept saying The Mindy Project. I watch more T.V. than I read.” Check out the behind the scenes video below.

The episode will air tonight at 8:30 p.m. on FOX.

And if that whet your appetite for seeing The National in concert, say at a festival, you are in luck because the band will be playing both weekends of the ACL Music Fest on Sunday Oct. 6 and Oct. 13 at 5:30.
