The San Antonio Botanical Garden celebrates fall with a decidedly European-themed class focusing on apple cider and cherry lambic-based spritzer class (a Belgian type of fruited beer), paired to roasted meats and fruits recipes. Chef Dave (Dave Terrazas, MA, Culinary and Wellness Program Specialist, SABOT) will demo and engage the class to create and sample delicious fall recipes.
