Closely following the 1939 Technicolor gem that turned Judy Garland into a gingham-clad icon, the duo’s 2011 redux adds a sprinkling of new songs (including the Wicked Witch of the West’s “Red Shoes Blues”) to the film’s Oscar-winning score and stars rescued Cairn terriers Nigel and Loki in the beloved role of Toto.
